Do your own pastlife regression!

Many people ask me:

"Do you believe you have had a pastlife?", and even more significantly for these people, "Is it possible that I have had a pastlife?"

Yes, I do believe in the principle that we do have past lives and future lives. As yet, I haven't decided whether all lives are being lived simultaneously - but it sounds interesting - and possible.

How can this be so?

My answer to this is, why wouldn't it be so. Everyone has the freedom to believe what they want to believe. Many people experience memories of one or more of their past lives.

Some amazing people tell their story of dying young, leaving behind a family - and in their new life remembering the details and finding the family they had left behind. This is extraordinary proof of reincarnation.

Today, as cultures cross and become blended, it seems that individuals are making a personal choice about reincarnation, rather than simply accepting what their religion or society says about this topic. People are exploring this concept for themselves.

The following pastlife meditation / creative visualisation is very simple and can be done alone. It will help you discover blockages in your energy that have been brought through from another time.

You will experience a feeling of relief and freedom to move forward after you do this healing meditation.



Pastlife Meditation

  • Sit in a comfortable position and take a deep breath, drawing it all the way up from the base chakra to the top of your lungs. Hold your breath for the count of 5 and release it slowly - letting all the negativity and tension of the day flow out of every pore of your being.
  • Repeat this two more times.
  • Breathing normally now, visualise yourself standing at the top of a long staircase. Walk slowly down the staircase - it could have 20 steps or more or less. This depends on what spontaneously arises for you.
  • Now that you are at the bottom of the staircase, it is time to inspect who you are.

    • Whether you are male or female;
    • what type of clothes you are wearing;
    • whether you a inside or outside;
    • hungry or well fed;
    • whether it is day or night.

    Observe as much about your surroundings as you can.

    The first place to look is down at your feet and work your way up the body.

    This will give you an indication of the time zone and culture that you have returned to.

  • As you become familiar with your new body, start moving around in your new world. And ask the following questions:

    • Why am I here in this world?
    • What is the lesson I need to remember?
    • Please reveal to me all that is important in this life to assist me in my present life.

  • After asking one or all of the above questions, observe the scene that is played out before you. Because you are observing, rather than participating, you will understand what the lesson is and bring that knowledge back to the present day.
  • During this meditation you may observe more than one life by requesting that you move forward to the time of death. If this is too difficult for you initially, you may ask to just move forward to the next significant lesson to be remembered.
  • To finish your meditation - give thanks for the insights you have gained from your journey into your past. Return to the staircase and slowly walk back up the stairs. When you have reached the top, move your hands and feet and open your your eyes when you are ready.


  • Feeling Safe

    You may do this pastlife regression as often as you want, remembering the key is - spontaneous visualisation. Do not manufacture things in your meditation because you want them to be so.

    You are always safe in this meditation. If you ever feel that you do not want to be there - move ahead to another time.

    OR

    Take a deep breath in, breathe all the way out and open your eyes. YOU ARE ALWAYS IN CONTROL. Simply open your eyes.
