Unique Healing Meditations that work!

All of the healing meditations at this site have been intuited spontaneously or creatively by me over the past 25 years.

My story gives you an insight as to how and why these meditations were possible and more importantly necessary.

Not only did they provide me with a sense of peace and harmony in the midst of a world crashing around me, but light and hope to breathe another breath and live another day.

They kept me from falling over the edge!

I often wonder - would I have experienced so much illness, if I used them in a proactive (every day) way rather than reactive (only when I was clearly unwell) way to help keep me alive.

You could consider this question in your own case - and determine whether daily healing visualizations could prevent illness in your body.



Creative Visualisation

The first step to doing these healing visualisations is to understand creative visualization. When you have understood this, you will be able to easily do the healing techniques on this site so that you can actively participate in your positive health and well-being.



Insomnia Obliterator

The Insomnia Obliterator is a powerful visualization that disciplines your mind. You will go to sleep quickly and experience rejuvenating sleep. The more honest you are when doing this process, the better the results.



Master Cell

I found the Master Cell visualization to be really effective during episodes of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS).

Doing this technique at least once per month if you are in good health, is similar to giving your car a tune up.

If you are in average health, I would recommend you do it once per week.

And, in poor health, I would recommend that you do it at least once every day.



Chakra Balance

The chakra balance exercise is my favorite healing meditation. I use it at least 3-4 times per week. It is particularly useful when I don't feel "right", and can't identify any reason for this. Balancing my chakras using this method - always works!!

The telephone is much more than just a means of speaking to someone not in the same room as you. It is also a powerful conduit allowing energy to transfer from one person to another. This has positive and negative effects.

Have you ever hung up the phone and suddenly felt completely drained of energy - (in sharp contrast to how you felt prior to the phone call)? This is a clear sign that your chakras have been disturbed during the phone call.

The solution - balance your chakras. (It is important to understand the Chakra Chart before doing this visualization for the first time.)

Also, you can protect your energy during a telephone call by keeping the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth, whenever you aren't speaking. Start practicing this and you will soon develop the habit of automatically protecting your energy.

This is an excellent technique to reduce your stress levels.



Pastlife

This pastlife meditation is for all the people who are curious about their own past lives.

Initially, you will think that you're making it all up, that it isn't real, and that you couldn't possibly be experiencing a pastlife by doing this meditation.

As you practice this exercise, you'll lose the feeling of disbelief and experience the benefits of releasing past life blockages.

This technique also helps greatly for reducing unknown sources of stress.
