Now this one I offer you is a meditation tool and I've called it "The Face" because it is just that now sometimes to go into meditation can be a bit difficult we have mind-chatter going on thinking of the day we're thinking what we should be doing things like that here's the thing you are to sit quietly just sit and relax and breathe and close your eyes and then put a hand underneath just underneath your chin and gently lift it up lift it up close your eyes now the thoughts are above your hand and underneath your hand in this spice is what's left which is quiet and calm those thoughts can stay up above your hand and you can stay in a quiet meditation no matter what is going on in your life those thoughts you can just let them go you could lift a lid on your on your head and let the thoughts go out the lid just whatever it is you can use your imagination how to use this you can get faster and faster at this so it could be done in a moment it can be done on doing it now without my hand in done so in any moment you could decide to be peaceful calm that's the main tool I've used for ages to be as calm as I can possibly be in any given moment, now I offer you that.
