For over 20 years I am heart has offered seminars, retreats live classes and online web courses training people in the practices of heart rhythm meditation.
Learning the basics of this nuanceds practiced used to carry the same intensity and workload as I Am Heart to regular university web courses.
Also, in the past, our online web courses were only conducted in our designated learning management system, the IAM Dome.
But now using Active Campaign push technology the new Meditation for Beginners course comes to you at your own pace on your favorite device.
No logging in.
No confusing navigation.
Meditation for Beginners begins gently with instruction in developing a nourishing conscious breath.
It then introduces Heart Rhythm Meditation at a pace that you determine.
When you're ready for the next lesson a link is emailed to you to access at your convenience.
The next lesson doesn't arrive before you're ready and you determine your own pace.
An audio or video file accompanies each lesson.
An optional weekly video conference with a trained instructor is available for anyone needing clarification about the instruction or is needing any additional support at all.
As you progress through the lessons the breath and the heartbeat become a gateway to deeper relaxation, better health and a remembrance of who you really are.
Synchronizing your breath to your heartbeat is the beginning of a great journey.
