create your life and author your own autobiography you get to tell your story the way youwant to and this is the time for you to shine now step onto the path on the right path feel that wonderful feeling ofconfidence and power wash all over your body from the tips of your toes to the top ofyour head this is the path that you have chosen and as you start to walk you see the large trees creating acanopy over this path on each side of the path there's floraand fauna this path has wonderful smells the temperature is just perfect for you to the right you see a squirrel climbingthe tree perfectly happy carrying a nut birds are singing on this path it will have twists and turns along theway and that's okay you own this path your internal compass confirms that youare going the right direction and in the middle this wonderful forest you see you clearing the middle of the clearing you see ablanket spread out they're drawn to this clearing it's likea magnet pulling you in and it feels so right to move in andthis blanket laying there in front of you you make your way to it and you lay downon the blanket this blanket is made of the finestmaterials in the world soft and warm and inviting as if it was woven just for you lay down you will you just take a deep breath this place is full of life and you feel alive in this place you notice that there are no otherpeople it's just you by yourself you feel justfine you're always safe and secure but as you listen and you have seen onthe pan that you're not alone that there is a forest all around you you are an important part of this for isyou're not tied to it you're a part of it but separate you know that this is a community and an ecosystem but you operateindependently you will go down this path in life andrealize that no one can say something that can hurt you unless you let it and in this place you do not have tocover your wounds from walking barefoot on the other path this is a place to mend those wounds on this path you have the right to yourown space and no no one or nothing can invade thisspace without your permission this is your place your special place on this path you get to set the rules you choose who you want to talk to youchoose who you want to walk this path with you have every right and theresponsibility to take care of yourself in this path this is the path of empowerment this is the path of becoming independent but no you are an important part of thisforest in ecosystem and you had such value to it because you are unique and valuable you belong here and have every right tobe who you are committed to being now in your hand or out loud I'd like you to repeat theseaffirmations these affirmations will transform yourself-talk and create a positive force that's always with you affirmations are a statement of fact when you state an affirmation withpassion and commitment to create that experience of the statement in your mind what's your mind things it will create in your body repeat in
