The Chakra Chart

The best way to balance your chakras is to use a chakra chart. If you haven't done creative visualization before read this page first.

The seven chakra colours are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, violet. The base chakra is red leading up through the energy centres to the crown chakra which is violet.

A simple chart is as follows:-

VIOLET (crown - universal identity);
PURPLE (brow or third eye - archetypal identity);
BLUE (throat - creative identity);
GREEN (heart - social identity);
YELLOW (solar plexus - ego identity);
ORANGE (sacral - emotional identity);
RED (base - physical identity).
