Angel PartsHelping People Feel CompleteAngel Parts is the charity that I started in 2005 with a big heart vision of "helping people feel complete". We have been able to help some people since inception, but I've struggled to bring my vision into reality. With enormous thanks to the many people who supported and encouraged me to remain connected to my vision (particularly my Board of Directors) when I became discouraged, I am thrilled to share with you that we are now "on purpose" to creating the dream. It was clear to me that I wanted to innovate and create the revenue for Angel Parts so that it could be self-funding. I didn't know how to do this. A turning point came for me in 2007 when I read that Louise Hay started her amazing work with the HIV and AIDS sufferers with 6 men in her loungeroom which grew into a support group helping 800 people per week.
I now know what to do!I am starting in my loungeroom, too - with fortnightly meditation classes.The cost will be a $15.00 donation (or more if you are inspired to do so) which is a donation to Angel Parts "helping people feel complete". This money will be used to fund two regular 4 hour programs for children and teens; provide financial support to an amazing special needs boy called Dylan; and provide financial support to the Rio Muchacha project in South America.The first children's program to be run through the charity will be for children aged between 5-12 who are challenged with living in two homes as the consequence of separation or divorce. The second program will be for teens experiencing the challenges of eating disorders. I have had the very special privilege of working with one such teen and her family in 2007. This beautiful young woman has transformed her life and has a bright future which she is embracing wholeheartedly. I hope to assist many more teens transform their lives and live their potential, too. The purpose of the programs is to introduce both groups to the magic within. They will be interactive programs designed to inspire, uplift and open our young people to their full potential and possibility - and provide them with tools to cope with their changing worlds. Two young girls who had private consultations with me in 2007 both summed up the work that will occur in the programs with words such as these: "I had heard about magic and didn't think it was possible - but now I believe in Magic." As the programs develop, Angel Parts will be holding writing and art competitions for all the children who participate in the programs to keep them inspired and participating in the magical world of imagination. My plan is that these programs will be free for all attendees. Your support is greatly appreciated.
